The Promenade: Selections

Here we have the final plans after a number of changes to the Promenade 43's basic plan. The structural changes we made included,

Changing the front "Home Theater Room" from originally being closed off to now being an open space.
Converting the space beneath the staircase into a storage area.
Extending the rear of the house to include a "Rumpus Room"
Converting "Bedroom 1's" Ensuite Plan to the one on display
Converting "Bedroom 3 and 4" to include their own Ensuites and Walk in Robes
Extending out the "Outdoor Room / Alfresco" into what Metricon now calls the "Grand Outdoor Room"

As a result, the size of the house has gone from just under 43 Squares to now being almost 49 Squares. The house now looks like this:
